Meet the Pros
Multinational Atlas Protection Agency is a fully licensed and insured security agency operating throughout the District of Columbia, the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are a subsidiary of The Umbrella, a limited liability company founded in 2018 by our chief, Shacquan Robinson.
We currently employee an adept team of security guards, private investigators, military veterans, retired police officers and administrative professionals.

Det. Shacquan Robinson
Chief Executive Officer & Lead Investigator
With nearly two decades of business management and private sector security service under his belt, Shacquan Robinson, alongside one of his colleagues, started MNAPA-NPI in April of 2018 with the projected goal of garnering prominence throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.
A decorated leader in his community, he has also held the title of Firearms and Self Defense Instructor of the Atlas Tactical Training Academy Center. Over the years, he’s collaborated with MPD, PGPD, VA State Police and Indiana State Police. His colleagues often refer to him as “The Science Behind Protection and Safety”.

Trevon Praylow
Co-CEO & Private Investigator
Mr. Praylow has over 10 years of experience in the security industry, specializing in private sector security, asset protection, club-based detail and personal protection & surveillance.
Under his leadership, our officers are taught close-quarters protection
tactics and covert observation skills. He acts as the company’s Sergeant
and field supervisor.

Jon Lampkin
Executive Training Facilitator
Mr. Lampkin has garnered over seven years of experience in the commercial sector of the security industry. He communicates with our current and prospective clients to uncover their needs to identify plans of action and eradicate safety concerns.
Jon oversees all areas of counseling and training of each prospective and veteran officer.

Patrick Mondestin
Field Training Officer
Patrick joined our team in 2019 as our Community Outreach Liaison, a position that involved onboarding and training our new officers.
Highly-skilled in innovative business strategies, Patrick's’s ability to efficiently integrate the new hire's prior skillset with our
vision and values helped him climb the corporate ladder here at MNAPA.
